Unprofessional Management Staff | Intercontinental Hotels Group review

I've stayed with the previous hotel for over 10 years and now IHG company has taken over, I 've tried them out on 2 different occasions just to give them a chance. But I will never be staying there anymore and I will be forwarding my complaints to the proper military officials, not only have the rates went up to be extremely high and they've done nothing to improve the hotel, I was also checked into a hotel on both occasions in a dirty room yes the front desk staff tried everything possible to make up for this, But when I asked to speak to the manager she came out and was very unprofessional arguing with me like she wanted to fight with me and on top of it she was arguing with me in front of other customers I really don't understand how your company can have a person to represent your company and to be in a role to reflect positivity to her employees and have such negative attitude she has no customer service exeprience at all or any exeperience in communicating with her guest I will report MS. ANDRA to whomever to have her removed from this position.

Just wanted to comment on my first entry didn't realize I never mention the hotel location 525 Leonard Neal St Hunter Army Airfield, GA 31409 number 9123551060, Be advised if you want *** management service from Andra stay there but like most people if you want quality management service avoid staying at this hotel location.

It isn't IHG's fault that you don't understand what the words "non-refundable" and "non-cancellable" mean. These facts are very clearly stated BEFORE the rooms are booked on an advance purchase rate - YOU did not read everything that you were agreeing to before you confirmed the booking, therefore you are the one at fault.

Really?! Service certainly not worthy of $459 a night | Intercontinental Hotels Group review from San Juan, San Juan Municipio

I am sitting in the lobby of the hotel for 5 hours, why? Because the reservation was made for 2 rooms by our friends who are arriving later and are now flight delayed as well, and so the hotel "manager" says we must check in together since it is in their name and they need special permission, which is fine, ok! So since they are arriving much later, I asked, may I make a reservation for a room in MY name and check in since I am travelling for 20+ hours and veryyy tired! They say fine, BUT we will charge your friends for the empty room you will not take. Does this seem fair and reasonable??!!! After all, they will be getting the same money!!! In fact they are trying to charge me a higher rate than my friends, again ok, but why the to rip off my friends by charging them for TWO rooms while we pay for a third? As a hotel manager of a 5 star resort myself, I find this corporate type behavior disgusting and disrespectful of the customer and if I had a choice I would walk out but instead I am stuck in this sweltering, noisy lobby for who knows how long.... Very classy, InterContinental San Juan!

there is no proper food for staff. they r working empty stomach no one is takeing care how many time each and everyone is complaining. this is happeining in qatar inter continental pls help the poor staff empty stomach they r working. they r forceing them to take only qatar airways for vaccation. but the penalities r more then their salary. pls consider the vaccation tickets because Qatar Airways dose not fly to all destinstions they have to travel 15 hrs from airport to reach their home city. vaccation is to be happy but they havemade that also as a pain consider how a normal employee can pay this penalties.
